NEIGHBORHOOD
Convene is located in the bustling Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. It is a little urban mecca filled with restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, hotels, access to parks and recreation, and a few notable historical landmarks.
The infamous Watergate Garage is lcoated in Arlingtoin. Who knew? The grarage located at 1401 Wilson Blvd is where Mark Felt, second in command at the FBI, met Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward here in this parking garage to discuss the Watergate scandal.
The ARPANET, a project of the Advanced Research Projects Agency of the Department of Defense, developed the technology that became the foundation for the internet at this site from 1970 to 1975 1400 Wilson Blvd.
