Convene prefers items arrive no sooner than (3) business days (THURS AUG 27) prior to the event.

If you will require anything to be shipped out post-event, all boxes must be pre-labeled with the correct return address, and a pick-up must be scheduled & paid for. You must let Convene contact SABRINA SCHERR/ know in advance.

Tables are 6 ft by 18 in. A white tablecloth and two chairs will be provided.

​You may have tabletop displays and/or freestanding signage.

You can upgrade to a package with a branded tablecloth (that you can keep), power drop, monitor with floor stand, a laptop, and a pull-up banner for $2500. Email Maxine for more info.
